Notes to Vendors
1. Vendor/Lessee Registration
In order to become a MGM vendor, you will need to fill in the Vendor/Lessee Registration Form, providing information such as: contact information, company details, company registration information, and banking information. After completing the form, you can fax or email the form to MGM and wait for review and approval.

2. MGM Open Bidding Items
After becoming a qualified MGM vendor, you can go through the Open Bidding Item List provided by MGM to learn about the items that are regularly procured by MGM.

Procurement Process
- Fill in the Vendor/Lessee Registration Form
- Fax or email to MGM
- Wait for approval and notification
- Browse the MGM Open Bidding Item List
- Contact MGM to learn about details and requirements of items that you are interested in bidding
- Fill in the Quotation Form
- Fax or email to MGM
- Wait for reply and procurement confirmation
Electronic Quotation Template
For items that MGM need to procure, after understanding the needs, the vendor will need to submit a quotation via email or fax. An Electronic Quotation Template is provided by the Center for qualified vendor to download and use.
